Our story

Three young BAs launched the Young Business Analysts (YBA) community in September 2020.

We are a non-profit volunteer-led organisation with a thriving community.

Our mission is to create a free safe place where all young BAs are inspired, empowered and enabled to thrive in their professional journey.

We bring peers together to share experiences and discover a variety of related BA topics as well as provide industry opportunities for our members to raise their professional profiles.

We aim to make being a young BA fun!

Our members

Our community is primarily built for:

Those performing business analysis activities in their workplace.
Those following a business analysis learning programme (such as IS business analysis apprenticeship, BCS BA Diploma programme or a BA-related higher education course).
Professionals who are 35 years old and under.
All young BAs across the globe.
